Health Coaching

Health coaching is integrated into each session

The Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine defines integrative health coaching as “a client centered, relational approach to working with individuals collaboratively to address the health and wellbeing of the whole person.”

Integrative health coaching is integrated into each session, or can be taken as an individual service. It is important to discover what a client values about being healthy and why the client is looking to make health changes in their lives. During a health coaching session, clients will address core areas of health including:

  • Nutrition
  • Movement
  • Spirituality
  • Environment
  • Relationships
  • Resiliency
  • Sleep

If there is an area of health you find challenging, Lifeways can help you to identify challenges and barriers and will help you to work towards your goal. 

Health Coaching Sessions

Health coaching sessions include an initial meet and five follow-up sessions.

Initial Session is approximately 90 minutes
Follow up sessions are approximate 45 minutes
