Flow Yoga

Flow yoga is a class where one gracefully moves from one pose to the next.  Each movement is complemented by breath.  The flowing movements maybe combined with longer holds of certain postures.  This class is energizing and relaxing and will revitalize your day.  


Gentle Yoga

A softer approach to Yoga for beginners through intermediate.  We start out with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.  Props are used to allow the body to fully achieve poses comfortably.  Perfect class for students who want a change of pace or who have injuries.

Chair Yoga Class

In our gentle yoga class for beginners and older adults we combine our movements with our breath to find space beyond our limitations, we can learn to appreciate our bodies, our movements and our breath.  In this class, various alternative poses will be offered as we combine chair yoga with the mat. 


Restorative Yin

For the Mind and Body.  These poses require little or no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes with or without props.  Your connective tissues have the opportunity to stretch and release, leaving you feeling grounded and well rested.  No experience needed; all levels welcome.

Intermediate Level Yoga

Get ready to flow from pose to pose a little more quickly, with less time for rest or detailed instruction.
Less demonstrations more adjustments. A solid understanding of yoga poses is preferred.   We will increase strength and flexibility.

Soft Flow

A gentler approach to Vinyasa Yoga. We flow thru sequences at a slower pace, so you can build a solid foundation, healthy alignment and breath awareness.

Yoga For EveryBODY -  Beginners

Yoga For EveryBody is a beginner class for all body types.  For those who think they cannot do Yoga because of pain, trauma, lack of flexibility or strength.  This is a light hearted non-intimidating class.  Lululemon not required.
