Lifeways Integrative Wellness is committed to providing our clients with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where they can receive the highest quality of holistic and aesthetic treatments. Here we delve deeper into what we have to offer, including our hours, team, and policies.

  • Our Hours of Operation

    Our hours of operation at Lifeways Integrative Wellness are designed to be convenient for our clients. We are open Monday to Friday from 930 AM to 5 PM, and we operate by appointment only. We are closed on stat holidays, but some of our practitioners take evening and weekend appointments to accommodate the needs of our clients. Please get in touch for more information.

  • Our Healthcare Team

    Lifeways is a nurse-led clinic, giving our clients direct access to expert, evidence-based care for both hormone health and medical aesthetics. We partner with you on your health journey — getting to know your goals, your history, and what "feeling your best" means for you — to build a treatment plan that's truly personalized.

  • Our Appointment Policy

    We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. For cancellations made within 24 hours, a fee of $50 will be applied and must be paid before any further bookings can be made. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount for the service booked. This policy is in place to compensate for the loss of income resulting from the appointment, which cannot be easily filled at short notice, and must be paid before any additional bookings are made.

    For information regarding the cancellation policy of our massage therapists and healers, we kindly ask that you contact them directly.

  • Where are you located?

    Our clinic is located in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, where we offer in-person aesthetics, wellness, and hormone health services. We also offer virtual hormone health consultations for clients located in Alberta.

  • Who performs treatments at Lifeways?

    All treatments at Lifeways are performed by our team of licensed nurses, including a Nurse Practitioner focused on hormone health and a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in medical aesthetics and injectables. We combine clinical training with a personalized, relationship-focused approach to care.

  • What are consultations like at Lifeways?

    Our consultations are a paid service that reflects the time and expertise of our providers. If you choose to move forward with treatment within 30 days of your consultation, the full consultation fee is applied directly toward the cost of your treatment.

  • What can I expect at my first hormone health appointment?

    Your journey starts with a discovery call to see if hormone health services are right for you. If you move forward, we send you a blood work requisition and health intake form, arrange your blood work at an outside lab, then meet with you virtually or in person to review your results, discuss your goals, and provide a prescription if appropriate.

  • Can I do hormone health care entirely online?

    Yes. We offer virtual hormone health care for clients in Alberta, including your intake, blood work requisition, consultation, and prescription, all without an in-person visit. After your initial appointment, we follow up with you every two and a half to three months to review your results and adjust your plan as needed
